Opening date: October 7th, 2025 – Closing date: November 7th, 2025 Condotte Energia S.r.l., a subsidiary of Condotte 1880, operates in the field of energy infrastructure and sustainable transition, focusing on the development, management and maintenance of innovative energy plants. To strengthen our Legal Department, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with solid experience in civil law, complex contracts and real estate law. Main responsibilities – Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and real estate contracts – Providing legal support to operational and technical departments – Managing regulatory compliance and legal opinions – Assisting in corporate proceedings and relations with external firms Requirements – Master’s degree in Law – Qualification to practise law – 5-10 years of experience gained in law firms or corporate contexts – In-depth knowledge of civil law, contracts and property law – Certification in legal English (e.g. TOLES, ILEC or equivalent) –   Problem-solving skills, ability to synthesise information and results-oriented approach What we offer –    Position in a growing company –    Employment contract: 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment Level: 1° CCNL Commerce –    Annual gross salary of €42,000 –    Opportunities for professional development The search is aimed at candidates of both gender (L.903/77) and in compliance with the gender equality UNI/PdR 125:2022.
