SOCIETÀ ITALIANA PER LE CONDOTTE D’ACQUA 1880 S.p.A., an Italian leader in the engineering and construction sector, is seeking a Works Accounting Manager for the INFRAV and INFRASUD Consortia, for an important project in the province of Avellino.

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial & Accounting Documentation: Preparation of economic documentation (graphical and tabular) related to the works performed by suppliers/subcontractors (accounts payable) and the overall accounting of completed works to be submitted to the client (accounts receivable), with a specific focus on managing the works accounting for the Concessionaires Consorzio INFRAV and Consorzio INFRASUD.
• Price List Analysis: Critical analysis of price list items to ensure the correct execution of the works.
• Bill of Quantities: Detailed bill of quantities for the works to be executed, based on project designs and drawings.
• On-Site Measurement: Surveying and measurement of activities carried out on-site for the economic quantification of the works.
• Cost Analysis: Conducting price analyses, evaluating the quantities and types of materials, labor hours, and equipment required for the activities.
• Specialized Accounting: Proficiency in drafting Expropriation Progress Reports (Stati di Avanzamento Espropri) and managing utility/infrastructure interference accounting.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Surveying (Geometra) or equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the role, specifically within the road and highway infrastructure sector
• Technical Skills: Excellent command of works accounting software (e.g., STR, Primus) and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word and Excel)

• Contract and Compensation: CCNL Edilizia Industria, permanent contract, 7° livello, RAL 50.000/60.000 euro
• Subject to a probationary period in accordance with the CCNL
