The Tiberiade Group, a growing multi-company organisation is looking for a Head of Administration, Accounting and Tax.

The role oversees the group's administrative and accounting governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, process efficiency and strategic support to management.

Role mission

Coordinate the group's administrative function, ensure the correct preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, manage tax compliance and provide timely reporting to senior management.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting and administrative processes of the group companies
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements in accordance with OIC and IAS/IFRS principles
• Oversee tax planning and relations with consultants, auditors and competent authorities
• Implement internal control and continuous improvement procedures
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance
• Lead and develop the administrative team

Professional requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, preferably a Master's degree or qualification as a Chartered Accountant
• >10 years' experience in administrative and fiscal management roles in structured groups
• Solid knowledge of OIC and IAS/IFRS accounting principles
• Experience in consolidated financial statements, tax planning and compliance
• Proven leadership in team management
• Knowledge of advanced ERP systems
